We provide AI-powered online skin condition analysis, including texture scanning, moisture and barrier evaluation, and pore and tone analysis. Results are generated automatically by machine-learning models and include personalized skincare routine guidance.

We work continuously to improve accuracy, but AI analysis is probabilistic by nature. Results reflect estimates with stated confidence levels, not guarantees.

Our services provide wellness and skincare information only. They are not medical devices, do not provide medical diagnoses, and do not replace consultation with a qualified dermatologist or physician. Always seek professional medical advice for skin conditions, and never delay treatment because of information received from our service.

You retain ownership of photos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process your photos solely to provide the analysis service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm that photos you upload are of yourself or that you have permission from the person depicted.

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or probe the security of our systems; uploading unlawful, harmful, or third-party content without consent; or using results to make medical claims about others.

All website content, software, models, branding, and reports are owned by or licensed to CARE-TIP INNOVATIONS LTD and protected by intellectual property law. You may use reports for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

We may update these terms or modify the service from time to time. We may suspend access to users who breach these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
